Repair Services
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for repair services are typically only issued if the repair was not performed as requested or if the watch or clock is found to be in the same condition as when it was originally brought in for repair.
Conditions for Refund: A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

The watch or clock was returned to you in the same condition or with a new issue that was not present when originally submitted.

Parts and Marterials

Non-Refundable Parts: Once parts have been installed in a watch or clock, they are generally non-refundable, as they are often custom-ordered and cannot be resold.

Refund for Parts: If the part is faulty or defective and it is returned within 30 days of installation, a full refund may be issued for the part cost, but labor fees will remain non-refundable.
